Escape to Peroj in the Magical Region of Istria
Peroj is a village in the Town of Vodnjan on the south-western coast of Istria, Croatia. Peroj originally dates back to the Copper Age of prehistory, as testified by a necropolis within the old walls of the town. The town has been settled with families from a variety of origins throughout its history. During the occupation of the Romans, the town was named Pedrolo, and was a popular holiday destination.
Istria is the largest peninsula within the Adriatic Sea. The peninsula is located at the head of the Adriatic and shared by three countries: Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy. The Istrian peninsula is a multicultural and hospitable area, full of picturesque medieval towns and landscapes promoting the true Mediterranean experience.

Ground-level apartment
The ground-level apartment, 80m2, has two bedrooms with double beds of 160x200cm. Both bedrooms also have wardrobes with bedside tables. There is a bathroom next door. In the living room there is a dining table with six chairs and a sofa that also folds out into a bed, as well as a TV and air conditioning. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine, an ice maker, a microwave, a fridge with a separate freezer compartment, a gas cooker and an oven. In the drawers you will find crockery, cutlery and everything you need for a quality holiday. There is another bathroom and a washing machine in this apartment.
From the living room you have a large covered terrace and with garden furniture and a sofa. There is also a brick garden fireplace.
Upper-level apartment
In the upper-level apartment of 100 m2, we offer two bedrooms, one of which has a 160x200cm bed, while the other bedroom can be separated into two beds (90x200cm) or a 180x200cm double bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, wardrobes with bedside tables. In the bedroom where there can be twin beds or a double bed, there is also a bathroom. Also in this apartment there is another bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. In the kitchen you will find a fridge with separate freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, ice machine, toaster, gas hob and oven. In the living room there are two single sofas, one double sofa bed and two single sofas, a TV and a dining table with six chairs.
There are also highchairs for feeding children in both apartments. In the upper-level apartment you have a view of the sea (600 m) and Brijone, as well as a table and two seats.
